
Summary:
Established Commercial General Contractor looking for a Commercial/Retail Construction working Superintendent/project manager. Self-starter with knowledge and experience to run large projects from start to completion. Ability to schedule and manage subcontractors, order materials, provide information for invoicing etc.
Experience with multi-family/ affordable housing preferred.
Responsibilities:
Ability to schedule and manage subcontractors, order materials, provide information for invoicing etc
Oversee assigned field teams and installation progress
Support and participate with Project Managers on schedule development and updates
Interface and communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum five years construction supervision or related experience
Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills
Valid Drivers license
