The Tualatin branch of Banner Bank was a ground up new construction project consisting of approximately 5,800 sq. ft. This project included many high-end interior finishes, including a glass wall feature and dark wood finishes to match the casework. Lorentz Bruun Construction completed the project successfully rising to the challenge of bringing utilities to the building pad within a long-term established shopping center. This required strategic planning and coordination to maintain parking and drive aisles.
