The historic renovation and preservation of the 1924 Trunk and Bag Factory was one of the most interesting construction projects that we have worked on.  The 43,000 sq. ft concrete and heavy timber building was updated to fit the needs of the new tenants.  The building was subdivided to fit multiple tenants of various sf size.  As a part of the renovation, Lorentz Bruun Construction also completed the restoration of the original steel sash windows.
