Hanna Andersson renovated 146,092 square feet in two historic Portland buildings, Jantzen Swimwear’s former design and production facility this is now transformed as a new entry and public presence.  Also part of the renovation was a new two-story lobby features an open cantilevered stair and the building shell and energy upgrades for entrances, lobbies and windows.
