In 2010, Lorentz Bruun was hired as the general contractor to complete a 785,000 sq. ft renovation of the iconic Rose Garden, home to the Portland Trail Blazers. The pre-cast a concrete-framed structure with a Roof Made up of Skeletal Steel included upgrades to all eight floors of the building including suites, meeting rooms, hallway and lobby renovations and a special-use luxury apartment overlooking the arena.  Since the renovation, we have completed various other projects in this facility and have been named the official general contractor of the Portland Trailblazers.
