Established in 1986, Pitman Restaurant Equipment Company is a family-owned business. When the opportunity rose to expand and build a new building across the street the Pitman family chose LBC to build their new offices and floor of kitchen suites.  Phase one was a 14,669 sq. ft ground up building on SE 3^rd and Clay with office and 6 commercial kitchens. Phase two was a renovation of an existing warehouse on SE Water Ave to create new office and 3 commercial kitchens.
