Gerding Edlen Development needed to bring the 20 on Hawthorne project to market fast, the project was built on an accelerated ten-month construction timeline and achieved the highly sustainable and marketable LEED Gold Certification.  Lorentz Bruun Construction effecively managed costs for the owner and meet accelerated construction schedules.  20 on Hawthorne achieved LEED Gold Certification and included an extremely unique element, the first car-stacking matrix installed in the Pacific Northwest.
