The Reliable is a three-story, 30,000 sq. ft. Mixed Use project. This LEED Gold certified redevelopment of the former “Reliable Parts” building at 3103 SE Division St. was previously an underutilized property, that has been invigorated.  The reliable is in a desirable urban neighborhood that has been thoughtfully designed to include retail and residential space.  Urban Development Partners preserved many components of the original building and included several sustainability upgrades to significantly reduced waste. The building's bold design created beautiful living spaces for residents and attractive retail storefronts for neighborhood-serving businesses.
